Opportunity to participate in an independent study exploring how deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing loss communities experience accessing mental health services

There are two studies available:
- For people who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing – share your experiences and perspectives.
- For people who support someone who is Deaf or Hard of Hearing – share your story and experiences as a supporter, family member, friend, or carer.
1. For people who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
Are you deaf, hard of hearing or have hearing loss?
Have you seen a mental health professional - like a psychologist, counsellor, psychiatrist, or social worker?
We want to hear about your experiences to make mental health services better for deaf, hard of hearing or people with hearing loss in Australia.
You can join if you:
- Are 18 or older
- Live in Australia
- Have seen a mental health professional as an adult

2. For people who support someone who is Deaf or Hard of Hearing
Do you support a deaf, hard of hearing or an adult with hearing loss?
Have you seen a mental health professional - like a psychologist, counsellor, psychiatrist, or social worker?
We want to learn from your experiences to improve mental health services for deaf, hard of hearing or people with hearing loss people in Australia.
You can join if you:
- Are 18 or older
- Live in Australia
- Support a deaf, hard of hearing or deaf plus adult who has seen a mental health professional
